Exteriors
Exteriors
Your home’s exterior is a huge part of your home’s overall appearance. Having an exterior that is worn-down or unattractive can devalue your house and cause further issues to your home that could end up being very costly. Exterior home improvements are just as important as roofing repairs and replacements. 180 Roofing and contracting can take care of all of your exterior project needs including: siding, stucco, painting, fencing, windows, and gutters. We are a full-service roofing and general contracting company providing affordable solutions to your home and exterior project needs.
Siding
While many homeowners understand how a strong roof contributes to the safety of their home, they sometimes forget about the importance of siding. Top-quality siding can protect your home from the harsh elements like strong winds, rain, hail, and debris from storms. When you choose the right materials and expert contractors, new siding will contribute to strengthening the entire structure.
The type of siding products used to repair, install and maintain your siding includes:
- Vinyl Siding
- Mastic Siding
- Steel Siding
- Fascia
- Soffit
It is possible to deal with siding issues efficiently and affordably by having beautiful new and long-lasting siding professionally installed by the experts from 180 Roofing & Contracting. No matter the material or specific color you need, we can provide you with the precise siding you’re looking for to improve your home’s exterior. When you choose 180 Roofing & Contracting as your DFW siding contractor, you can trust that we’ll install your siding correctly. We take great care in doing things right the first time, and this commitment to high quality top-notch service is one of the many reasons why our customers continue choosing us for professional home improvement solutions.
Stucco
Traditional masonry stucco is a cement-based plaster that is applied over walls and other surfaces inside and outside of buildings. It is made from cement, sand, and lime, and hardens into a highly durable material that requires little maintenance. Like traditional decorative plaster, stucco can be troweled, brushed, or otherwise textured to create a variety of finished effects.
Stucco can be mixed with pigment to create a range of colors, or it can be used without pigment and simply bear the natural gray of its cement. Some contractors tend to use warm colors, such as yellow, pink, or orange, but beige and white are perhaps the most common colors used for stucco. Stucco can be painted, but it must cure for at least six weeks prior to painting. Coloring stucco with pigment is far preferable to painting it because paint creates a regular maintenance issue, while pre-mixed coloring is permanent.
Our premier cement stucco system is a modification of a traditional three coat cement stucco over wire lath. It has established itself as a superior siding solution, allowing for design flexibility, superior dependability and cost effectiveness. One popular stucco product is Portland Cement Stucco siding, which has evolved over the years to an aesthetically pleasing and durable siding for both residential homes and commercial projects. The stucco industry has improved on the original Portland cement base coat by adding chopped-fiberglass and plasticizers to the mix. This has enabled the stucco siding to be stronger, more flexible, and more crack resistant.

Fencing
When you hire a crew to do any sort of project for you, you want to make sure it’s the right company and the right crew. At 180 Roofing & Contracting, we have a commitment to honesty and reliability. Our goal is to ensure that any job completed for you is exceptionally high-quality, and you are completely satisfied.
Our Fencing Services Include:
- Wood
This type of fencing works very well with the outdoors, and can be quite beautiful, depending on the wood you choose. You can have a very natural look, while still protecting your family and maintaining a sense of privacy. - Vinyl
A huge benefit of vinyl is that it is waterproof, meaning that your future maintenance cost is usually quite low. It is unlikely to incur any type of water damage, does not rot, insects do not destroy it, and its color tends to last. - Ornamental/Aluminum
Made from aluminum or steel, ornamental fences are often very large and used both for decoration and for protection, privacy, or safety. In addition, the materials are not as susceptible to rust as other metals are. - Chain Link
Chain link is a very common type of fencing that is often used at schools, in yards, or anywhere that you want to keep critters or unwelcome guests out. It tends to be very inexpensive and low-maintenance.
Windows
Your windows are the eyes of your home. They bring in light, warmth, and comfort. Additionally, well-placed windows can help your house feel larger than it really is! If you have an older home, it might be time for you to look at new windows. In older homes, poor installation and lack of energy efficiency can cost up to 25% of your home’s heating bill.
At 180 Roofing & Contracting , we’ll inspect your windows to see if we can help you save money by offering window repairs, resealing or other improvements without the need to replace the entire window. If we can extend the life of your existing windows in a way that is cost-effective, we’ll strive to keep your expenses low and the quality of your repairs high. If we conclude that you need new windows, we’ll work with you to present you with affordable and beautiful replacement options.
Whether you need to replace all of your windows, just a couple, or have a few repairs, the professionals at 180 Roofing & Contracting offer exceptional service and high-quality products on all.
Gutters
Quality service you trust at a price that you can afford. We are looking forward to making your gutters or downspouts a top priority. Our gutter installation will not disrupt your landscaping or your siding, and we offer complete clean up after our work is done for your convenience. Your house is your biggest investment, and we install only the highest quality gutters and downspouts for your home. From gutter installation to downspout installation, we have what it takes to get the job done right.
When considering how your roof protects your entire home, it’s crucial to remember to take care of your gutters. With even the most common rainstorm, water and debris can easily accumulate on your roof. After a while, pooling moisture and other materials can put dangerous pressure on your roof, leading to further damage or collapse down the road. Gutters, however, are meant to safely and quickly move water and debris off your roof and on to the ground. That’s why at 180 Roofing & Contracting, we believe in investing in efficient and effective gutters to protect your home from structural damage.
How do we do this? As with everything we do, we take a consultative approach when inspecting your property and listening to your needs. We come to your property prepared, inspecting and measuring the dimensions of your roof’s edge. Our crews are experts at recommending the right systems for your needs and budget, whether residential gutters our downspouts.
Sure, you might be able to patch up small areas of your gutters, but such do-it-yourself quick-fixes can actually lead to more leaks or collapse in the long run. We recommend using strong, seamless aluminum gutter systems or copper gutters customized to fit the exact dimensions of your home. We also recommend taking into consideration the local weather and estimating the capacity your gutters need to carry, whether 5” or 6” gutters and 3” or 4” downspouts.
Additionally, we seek to ensure the entire system does not distract from your home’s aesthetic. For this reason, we carry materials in a wide range of colors. Additionally, we can install gutter guard systems. With all of these elements, you can expect gutters from 180 Roofing & Contracting are easy to maintain and built to last.
What Our Clients Are Saying
Not every roofing company performs all trades in a renovation or restoration project. 180 is unique because we are able to handle your full scope of work and make your life easier by being a single source solution for all of your residential needs.
We recently worked with Jason Collard, who had this to say about his 180 experience:
Sebastian and 180 Roofing just completed a large project ahead of schedule even with the 4th of July holiday. A new roof, gutters, exterior paint, and fence staining took roughly 1 week. Where Sebastian truly excels is in strong communication. Renovations of this size can make any home owner uneasy or apprehensive. Thanks to Sebastian, I never felt things would be unmanageable in any way. Great work from a great team!
